What counts toward my level?
Your Feathers earned from spending (€1 = 10 Feathers) within the last 6 months. Points from referrals or other activities are for extra rewards and do not count toward your level.
When do I lose a level?
Levels are recalculated on a rolling 6-month window. When purchases age out, your level can adjust if your spend falls below a threshold.
